Shortlisted candidates are called for structured interviews and trade tests.

To ensure candidates meet both theoretical and practical job requirements, we conduct two levels of evaluation: structured interviews and trade/skill tests. Interviews are carried out by recruitment specialists and industry experts who assess technical knowledge, problem-solving, and role-specific behavior. Trade tests are performed in certified technical training centers where candidates demonstrate hands-on skills such as welding, electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, or language proficiency (depending on the role). This rigorous evaluation guarantees only competent candidates are forwarded to the employer.
